Reservation?
A bicycle stand being "reserved" by cable locks. Not sure if related. I parked mine at this slot over a weekend. On Monday, my locked suffered cosmetic damages and my rear wheel nut loosen.

Why the need to slope down and up?
For some weeks or months, there were construction in the underpass to Toa Payoh MRT across Lor 2 Toa Payoh.
A newly added feature to allow access for people on wheelchairs, but I don't understand why it slopes down and then slope up.
Are the construction materials that expensive?
